The University Credit Society Ltd (‘Unicredit’) has decreased our standard variable home loan interest rate to 5.40% p.a. effective from Monday 20 May 2013. As can be seen in the comparison table below, this keeps Unicredit in a very competitive position in the home lending market and maintains our standing as a viable and appealing alternative to the major banks and other financial institutions.
