In this edition, as we continue to celebrate our 50th anniversary year we ask members to contribute any stories or historical information they may have on Unicredit to help us build an archive. We also launch our 50th anniversary car loan promotion – where one lucky member can WIN a V8 race car drive/ride experience at Barbagallo Raceway, Perth WA. Members may have already heard that as of 1 August 2014, signatures will no longer be an acceptable form of authorisation for credit and debit card purchases. Unicredit members are encouraged to make sure they know their 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) before this date. For more information or contact Unicredit on 1800 864 864. Unicredit recently released our Weekly Special Term Deposits, applicable only on any new deposits to Unicredit. As a member-owned organisation, Unicredit remains focused on providing exceptional member service – something we strongly believe we can do better than other (often larger) financial institutions. With this in mind we are launching a member focus survey in April 2014 to hear from our members what they really want their financial services provider. Results will be shared in future editions of Money Matters. Unicredit’s home loan rates continue to be very competitive (our standard variable home loan is still only 5.25% p.a.), and many members comment that they appreciate the simplicity of the product. Please click here for more information and current rates. Remember, Unicredit’s Mobile Lender is available to visit members at a time and place of your choosing – anytime, anywhere! The Autumn 2014 edition also includes; a welcome message from our CEO, an introduction to a Unicredit staff member, information on Unicredit’s regulatory standards, and details of all of our Savings accounts, and much much more.
