We want to make using internet banking as easy and secure as possible for you and your business. For security purposes it is important to know who is logged in and transacting on a business account, particularly when a business account has multiple signatories. By accessing business accounts through your personal account we are able to capture who completes each transaction and ensure all transactions are completed by someone with the right authority level. Will I still be able to log in with business account details? Yes, you will still be able to log in, view your accounts and access eStatements, however you will not be able to transact. How can I transact with my business account online? To transact on your business account online you will log in with your personal membership number. Your business account/s will appear alongside your other UniBank accounts on internet banking. I don’t want to see my business account on my internet banking, what can I do? You have two options; we can remove access to the account or you can hide the account through your online banking. If you hide the account if will not appear on your home screen but it will appear as an option when you go to transact. To hide an account go to More > My setting > Organise accounts, deselect the account you wish to hide and press the save button. If you would like to remove your business account from your internet banking entirely please give us a call on 1800 864 864. How do I register for online banking for my personal membership? If you do not currently have internet banking and would like to sign up, please call us on 1800 864 864 visit one of our branches and our staff will be happy to assist.
