Our Introductory Home Loan interest rate has been reduced to 4.29% p.a. fixed for 12 months (Comparison rate 4.71% p.a.), applicable to new loans to Unicredit only, and reverting to Unicredit’s special variable home loan rate of 4.75% p.a. at the end of the introductory fixed period. Our 1 year fixed rate home loan has been reduced to 4.25% p.a. (Comparison rate 5.02% p.a.), and our 2 year fixed rate home loan has also been reduced to 4.25% p.a. (Comparison rate 4.94% p.a.). Both of these revert to Unicredit’s standard variable home loan rate of 5.10% p.a. at the end of the fixed period.
