In light of the Reserve Bank’s change to the cash rate, the bank has announced decreases to a number of its Owner Occupier and Investor variable interest rates effective 1 August 2019, applicable for new business and existing borrowers. In making its decision the Bank considered factors such as cost of funding and the market environment. Our aim is always to provide value for our members – both borrowers and depositors – whilst maintaining prudent operational management of the Bank.
