Due to an industry-wide eftpos issue, you may need to update your debit card information in your mobile wallet by 31 December 2024.
This only affects a small number of members that added their debit card to their mobile wallet before July 2023.
Affected members have been identified and we are in the process of contacting them. We will only be advising these Members and will not request any personal information.
Rest assured, this is not a security concern and no data has been compromised. This update only affects debit cards added to your mobile wallet not your physical card.
What you need to do
To continue using your debit card in your mobile wallet without interruption, you will need to remove and re-add your debit card to your mobile wallet by 31 December 2024.
