Change your card PIN using Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking App.
Change PIN in Internet Banking
You don’t need to know your existing PIN, but you will need to have a one-time password.
Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking.
Step 2: Select ‘Self Service’, and then ‘Change PIN’.
Step 3: Follow the prompts.
Change card PIN in Mobile Banking App
You don’t need to know your existing PIN, but you will need to have a one-time password.
Step 1: Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
Step 2: tap on the Cards icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Select the card you are wanting to change the PIN and tap Change PIN.
Step 4: Simply follow the prompts to set your new 4 digit PIN number.
