Why the Bank is ending its Phone Banking service?

Our Phone Banking provider has informed us that our automated phone banking system is nearing its end of life. Unfortunately, our current Phone Banking service is the only provider that has the necessary technology for our banking system.

As a result, Phone Banking services with UniBank will no longer be available from 30 November 2024.

For safety and convenience, the preferred banking method for most of our Members is Internet or Mobile Banking.

In a few months, we’ll have an educational series focusing on safe, convenient digital ways to bank. We’ll let you know when they are available.
